Branch Support Worker
The UNISON Lincolnshire Health Branch is currently recruiting a Branch Support Worker. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact with the branch and bring their experience and skills in assisting to develop systems and general administrative support to the officers and representatives.
The successful candidate will be an experienced team player, have good communication and time management skills, including the ability to organise your own workload and effectively manage your priorities. You will need to undertake a range of administrative duties to support our members and activists including often working to tight deadlines and being responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
To undertake this role you must have good interpersonal and IT skills, excellent administrative and organisational skills and preferably a good understanding and knowledge of the trade union movement.
You will need to be able to travel within the geographical location of Lincolnshire and on occasions elsewhere for meetings/training as required. You will be required to live within reasonable travelling distance of the area you are asked to cover.
